Support Agreements

Through our strong partnerships with Novell, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, SMC, Compaq and other industry leaders, I T Systems Group is able to support your organization with all your Information Technology needs. To help you maximize productivity and control costs, our staff leverages the relationships with our partners to plan, install and support your LAN, WAN, intranet and other technologies your company utilizes.

Our service department keeps up with the fast pace of technological changes through weekly training sessions, constant contact with product manufacturers, and high-speed direct access to the Internet. This, coupled with 11 years of field experience, means that there is a very good chance we have seen your service issues before and have already documented the solutions.

We are committed to supporting your business needs through various support agreements that ensure that your information system runs without interruptions.

* Platinum Full Service Agreement: Provides full hardware and software coverage (parts & labor) with unlimited phone support and includes the labor for installation of your Network Operating System upgrades and maintenance releases.

* Gold Full Service Agreement: Provides full hardware and software coverage (parts & labor) with limited phone support and includes the labor for installation of your Network Operating System upgrades and maintenance releases.

* Silver Full Service Agreement: Provides full hardware and software coverage (parts & labor) with limited phone support.

* Block Hours Service Agreement: Enables you to purchase blocks of time for service at a reduced hourly rate. Minimum block purchase is 20 hours.

* Phone Support Agreement: Provides a predetermined amount of phone support.

* Time & Materials: Provides services on a per call basis for the cost of materials plus a reasonable hourly rate. I T System Group does not bill for local travel time.
